Lead Preschool Teacher
We're seeking an experienced preschool teacher to lead our Sapphires classroom (3 year olds). You'll be responsible for implementing our curriculum, assessing developmental progress, and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Knowledge of NC Foundations for Early Learning
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Infant Room Teacher
Join our Diamonds classroom (6 weeks - 18 months) as a nurturing caregiver who understands infant developmental milestones and creates a safe, stimulating environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (ECE coursework preferred)
- Experience working with infants in a group setting
- Understanding of safe sleep practices and infant feeding
- Patience, warmth, and ability to form secure attachments
Floater/Substitute Teacher
Flexible position supporting all age groups as needed. Perfect for education students or those seeking childcare experience.
